Site Manager – 930HUR

***SITE MANAGER – LEADING NATIONAL FIT OUT CONTRACTOR – WATERBEACH, CAMBRIDGE***

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a CAT B fit out project in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire working for a reputable national fit out and refurbishment brand. This is a freelance position with a start date on the 27.10.25, running for 7-8 weeks.

Job Role: Fit Out Site Manager

Start Date: 27.10.25

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire

Pay Rate: £280-300 per day & time and a half Saturday

Pay Model: Weekly

Free Parking on site

Duration: 7-8 weeks

Must Haves:

SMSTS and thorough experience of driving fast paced CAT A & CAT B Fit out projects to from inception to completion 

Key Responsibilities:
*Managing all on-site operations to ensure smooth delivery

*Overseeing Health & Safety compliance and site inductions

*Ensuring all teams are working to programme and contract requirements

*Coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics

*Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Requirements:
*Proven experience managing commercial fit out projects

*Predominant background in commercial fit out, CAT A & B

*Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and site management

*Ability to work proactively and solve site issues efficiently

*Availability to start on the 27.10.25
